Common questions
What kind of projects do you work on?
Online stores, company and product websites, system integrations, business intelligence and AI automation. One project often combines several of these, for example a store connected to a warehouse plus a sales dashboard.
Which platforms do you work with?
We build stores mainly on CloudCart and Shopify, and on WooCommerce when needed. Websites run on our own Intellinec CMS, on CloudCart or on WordPress, and on custom Laravel when the logic is specific. For integrations and dashboards we often write custom solutions.
Do you help choose the platform?
Yes, it is one of the first topics in the consultation. We compare the options against the way you sell, your budget and your growth plans, and tell you openly which one we think fits best.
How does working with you start?
With a free consultation. You tell us about the business and the goal, we ask questions and tell you what we see. Then you get a proposal with scope, timeline and price. Work only starts once you agree to them.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope: the number of pages and products, the integrations and the content. So we do not quote blind. After the consultation you get a concrete quote that makes clear what the price includes.
Do you write the copy and take the photos?
Yes. The team includes an editor who writes page and product copy, and a photographer who shoots products, the office or the team when you have no photos of your own.
Do you work with clients outside Bulgaria?
Yes. Our site is in Bulgarian and English, and our projects include stores and websites for other markets, for example the Romanian online store Bactology.
What happens after launch?
We do not disappear. We offer support plans with monthly hours and a clear response time, and when the business grows we help with the next step: a new integration, a dashboard or an automation.
