Do I have to handle the technical setup?
No. We take the design, the settings and the launch. You get a store that can sell.
CloudCart or Shopify – which platform should I choose?
The choice depends on the market you will sell in, the features you need and how you will run the store. CloudCart is a very good fit for the Bulgarian market, with ready-made local integrations, while Shopify offers a strong international ecosystem. We will help you choose the platform that fits your business best.
What does the price of building an online store include?
The price includes everything needed to create and launch a ready online store: design, platform setup, the core features and the integrations required. We hand over a fully prepared store, so you can start taking orders and selling from day one. You do not need to organise separate technical services yourself in order to launch.
Will I lose Google rankings in a migration?
We move products and categories and put 301 redirects on the old addresses, so the store does not start as a brand new site.
How long does it take?
Usually 5 to 15 working days, depending on the number of products and the integrations.
What is Google Merchant Center?
The place Google reads your products from for Shopping and free product listings. We set it up so ads can start after launch.
Can I move from WooCommerce to CloudCart or Shopify?
Yes. We transfer any WooCommerce, Magento, OpenCart and any other custom platform to CloudCart or Shopify. We transfer products, categories and content and plan the move so the store does not have to stop.
Can I keep my domain?
Yes. We connect the current domain and sort out DNS and SEO settings.
Can I add new features and integrations after launch?
Yes. The store can be extended with extra apps and integrations: courier services, payment methods, ERP systems, marketing tools and more. CloudCart has a rich app ecosystem, so the store can grow with your business.
Can I run the store on my own?
Yes. The online store has an admin panel where you can manage products, orders, customers, stock and promotions. When we hand the project over, we show you the main processes and how to work on your own.
Is there a warranty and support after launch?
Yes. Every store comes with a 6-month warranty and 2 months of free full support. After that you can continue with a monthly support plan.
