Updates
We update the core and modules regularly. The site stays fast, works with new browsers and remains readable for search engines.
Support
After launch we take on the care, so you do not have to think about updates, security and small changes. For a Laravel or WordPress site we look after both the technical side and the content. For a CloudCart or Shopify store the platform handles the technical side, and we take care of content, design and checks.
After launch
A site does not stay the same after launch. Browsers update, modules age and your business changes. Without care, small gaps pile up and show at the worst possible moment.
Our plans

For CloudCart and Shopify stores. The platform is responsible for the technical side, so the plan includes customer support in the same hours.

Basic · What this includes
We set up and check an archive of the files and the database, so there is a copy to restore from. It follows the hosting and runs at least weekly.
Every month we update the parts the site is built from. Without that, pieces stop when browsers change their requirements, or holes stay open.
We issue, configure and renew the certificate. If the certificate itself is paid, that price goes to the hosting company. Without it, browsers can block the site.
Design and feature changes within the plan hours. We say how long it takes before we start. If it fits the plan, there is no extra charge.
New pages or changes to text and images. Two hours cover about two new pages, or an equivalent edit.

We close known holes and keep access and settings so outside interference is harder.

The site is watched automatically. If something stops, we fix it within the plan hours. If it needs more, we say the time and the price first.
When the store is on WooCommerce, we keep its modules and integrations up to date together with the rest of the technical care.
After a change we test the site, not only the piece that was touched. Otherwise one form can send mail to the wrong address and nobody notices.
When we see a useful improvement, we say so. For example a new privacy requirement and what to change in the contact form.

We look at what slows the first screen and fix it within the plan hours, so the site does not lose people there.
An urgent problem is fixed in the estimated time, with no extra charge, unless it was caused by a change you made without telling us.

By email or phone you describe what needs to change or what is not working.

We pick up the request within your plan’s response time and make the change.
We check the change. On Performance and Premium we test the whole site, not only the part that was touched.
Helpful answers
Technical support keeps the site healthy: backups, core and module updates, the SSL certificate, security, monitoring and speed. Customer support is the work on content and appearance: pages, text, images, design and feature changes, and a check after each change. Laravel and WordPress sites need both, because their core and modules are yours to maintain.
It depends on how often the site changes. If changes are rare, Basic with 2 hours a month is usually enough. If you launch campaigns and new pages every month, Basic ++ or Performance give more hours and a faster response. Premium is for sites where every hour of downtime costs money: a response within 6 hours, speed optimisation and urgent problems with no extra charge.
It depends on the plan: within 48 hours on Basic, within 24 hours on Basic ++ and Performance, and within 6 hours on Premium. That is the time in which we pick up the request. How long the change itself takes, we tell you in the estimate.
A CloudCart or Shopify store runs on the platform. Updates, the certificate and hosting are the platform’s job. What stays with us is the content, design and checks, in the same four plans and with the same hours.
Before we start, we tell you how much time and what price are needed, and we only go ahead with your approval. On Premium, an urgent technical problem is fixed with no extra charge, unless it was caused by a change made without telling us.
The hours cover new pages and changes to text and images. Two hours are roughly two new pages, or an equivalent edit. For design and features we give the hours up front. If they fit the plan, there is no extra charge.
We set up an automatic archive of the files and the database, and check that the site can be restored from it. How often depends on the hosting, but it is at least weekly.
The platform handles the technical side, so a plan is not required. It helps if you often change banners, add pages or want design changes and would rather not do them yourself. You then have set hours and a clear response time.
You get a clear direction for building the project and which practices to introduce, because we know the business, not only the technology.
