Setting up and verifying an automatic backup of the site’s file system and database for recovery in the event of a system problem. Backup is set according to the capabilities of the hosting service, but a minimum weekly backup is maintained.

Monthly update of all software components of the modules from which the system is built. If the software elements of the site are not updated, this may lead to non-functionality of parts of the site or the entire site in the future due to changes in browser requirements. E.g. if browsers require a new type of security protocol and it is not fixed, the site may not load. Also, the non-updated site can lead to easy third-party intervention (hacking) when software vulnerabilities are discovered.

The time for which we return a response to a request submitted by the client to request given changes or resolve a problem that has arisen. The response includes confirmation that the request has been accepted and the time frame in which it will be fulfilled.

In the event of an urgent problem, it is fixed at no additional charge and within the estimated time required for this, according to the programmer’s assessment and response to the request. These terms and conditions do not apply if a problem occurs, due to the fault of the customer and the owner of the site. E.g. if the customer, at its own discretion, has changed the hosting plan or site settings without notifying us in advance. Then the customer owes payment for the additional costs incurred for the restoration of the site.

Includes issuing, setting up and re-issuing SSL certificates for all site elements and functionalities. The service does not include the price of the certificate itself, which, if desired, is paid to the hosting company. To date, all sites are required to have SSL certificates, otherwise browsers consider them a malicious and dangerous address, and may preemptively prevent the site from loading.

Includes up-to-date support for modules and integrations in the presence of an e-store module.

When making changes to the site upon request, the entire site is tested to determine the absence of a problem due to the changes made. Not performing tests can lead to the lack of certain functionality without the knowledge of both the developer and the customer. E.g. if you have ordered a change to the contact form submission email but the same email is used for another form and the other form is to be received on a different email then you may not find that a problem has occurred and that the request is sent to an address you don’t want, without testing.

It is done constantly based on our experience and support of many systems and sites. When an opportunity for improvement arises, the client should be notified of a recommendation for changes to functionalities or modules, as well as changes in behavior towards site visitors. E.g. if a new privacy requirement arises, we will let you know that a change to the contact form needs to be made and how this will cover the requirements.

Includes the addition of up to 2 new pages or changes to the site’s texts and images equivalent to 2 pages by our expert.

Includes changes to the design and functionality of the site upon request, according to the included hours according to the plan. When you send a request, you get an answer how long it takes to make the changes and if they are within the guaranteed hours there is no extra charge. E.g. you can request that all texts on the site be in gray color and not in black, as they were until now. This change takes an average of 2 hours and is within your guaranteed hours if you subscribe to the Performance Plan.
